Earle's On Crenshaw

Great place to visit. Took my children and when we got in we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Duane Earle. He was very warm welcoming and inviting. He also asked us was it our first time we told him yes he thanked us personally for coming in and he began to thoroughly go thru the menu explaining how everything was and the various selections that came along with it. We ordered a turkey burger, salmon burger, 2 fries, a pastrami burger and a all beef dog with the famous playa's punch. Money well spent and not only was the food fresh it was seasoned well to perfection and filling. We most definitely will be back.

One of the best chili’s that I have ever tried. Stopped in Saturday night for my first time and was lucky to be served by the owner Wayne Earle himself. He is extremely exuberant and was great to talk to, he’s a true professional and was very welcoming. Mentioned how they started as a cart down the street over 40 years ago. Service was very fast and they got the whole order right. They have a lot of parking in front and back, however they are closed on Sundays and Mondays. As mentioned they have some of the best Beef Chili that I have ever had. I chose a large bowl of the Beef Chili because I was in the mood for great chili and had heard this place had some, which I can confirm that they certainly do. We also tried the Vegan Chili which was terrific as well. They specialize in having the same vegan menu as their regular menu which is very unique. We also ordered the Jumbo Kosher Beef and it was a delicious hotdog. They slice it down the middle and grill it instead of boiling or steaming, so it really had a great, chargrilled taste to it. Finally we finished up with the Banana Pudding and it should not be missed. It was truly very good and was a great treat to end our meal with. Overall a delicious landmark that delivers with great chili and hotdogs. I plan to come back in the near future to try the Salmon Burger and would recommend to anyone.

I think it'll be hard to beat this place for a hot dog... Seriously. Very friendly and welcoming staff as soon as the door opens.. There's a nice atmosphere in there with smiling people behind the counter.. Feel-good vibes! And of course the order was the beef hot dog with some added yummies like sweet and raw onions,relish, ketchup and mustard plus some fat fries... Absolutely scrumptious! So simple and so delightful! Definitely worth your time and appetite!

Found this place from a catering and finally got to visit their real place. It’s quite modern and gives a bright vibe. Salmon burger was really good. The hot dog was good and they grill it to the point it smells very nice - but overall it’s a bit too salty I’d say. The chilli was not spicy at all in my opinion, but if you like sweet, add grilled onions onto the chilli. Parking was limited at the front but there was another lot at the back which I found a few spaces. They’re short of staff at that time so I had to wait VERY long for the order.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant with amazing food and exceptional service. The owner, Earle, was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The staff behind the counter were also fantastic, as they went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt like family. The food itself was absolutely delicious. Each dish was prepared with care and attention to detail, resulting in a truly memorable dining experience. The flavors were bold and well-balanced, and the presentation was visually appealing. What truly stood out to me was the hospitality provided by Earle. He took the time to engage with each guest, making sure that everyone felt valued and appreciated. His warm and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere that made me want to return again and again. I would like to express my gratitude to Earle for his exceptional hospitality. It is clear that he takes pride in his restaurant and genuinely cares about his guests' experience.
